"Our stay at this cottage was perfect. Catching the morning fog over the lake & the view was so peaceful. The amenities were excellent. I brought my mini frother but she even had that.. we weren’t in need of anything. Perfect size for a couple or a couple with small children. Only 2 miles from the fairgrounds where we went for the festival but also so close to many other sites. Very pet friendly, Bella approved. We also had a rainbow one night. I would highly recommend this cute little cottage and this host. I don’t always give 5 stars, but this deserved it."

"I loved Catch N Relax. It was so clean and open and had everything I would ever think of needing. I didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked sparkling clean and ready to go. I will definitely stay here again"

"This property is beautiful and located close to Lake Chatuge and the fairgrounds. It was clean and as described The only real issue we had was with the communication. You see, a week or so before we were to come I received a message from the property management asking for us to pay the remaining balance on this rental. However, I’d paid it all in full to VRBO over a month prior. This may have been an issue between VRBO and the management company. Next upon check in, we noticed there was water in the master bathroom floor. We let them management know. We also told them the toilet was also running constantly and we were told it’d be fixed asap. The next day we asked them to please fix the washer asap as we needed it. The next day water was in the floor again, toilet still running, and we contacted again. No response. Not fixed. Finally the day before we checked out, I called again and told them (on voicemail again) that I expected some compensation/refund as I was never able to do laundry. Someone texted me and told me I would get some sort of refund to my credit card, but never told me how much. The property is great. The communication, not so much. I left with the toilet still running and the washer not working and leaking water into the floor. Looked like it had been a while too bc the flooring was beginning to bubble up. Only other issue is not enough bath towels for two bathrooms and a hot tub."

"The house is exactly as described! It’s clean and came stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and plenty of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms! It’s convenient to the lake and to town. Highly recommend!"
