Very good location and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Staff very wecoming and helpful. There was a mechanical noise above my room, so they moved me to another one very quickly.

Nice central location

We were in Finland for a race in Lahti. Close enough for us to stay and the town was really cool, centered with a castle and a good military museum.

Hotelli keskeisellä paikalla ja palvelu iloista ja mukavaa. Huoneessa ei ilmastointia. Huonessa melko lämmin ja aino viilennyksino jalallinen puhallin joka pitää melkoista hurinaa. Kylpyhuone hyvä mutta muuten huoneet selkeästi vanhoja ja kuluneita.

Huone oli hyvin siivottu. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Emme tienneet ettei hotellissa ole ilmastointia ja nyt kesällä huoneissa on tuskallisen kuuma. Liian kuuma myös työskennellä, varsinkin kun siivouksessa usein kiire. Hotellin päivitys ja ilmastoinnin asentaminen olisi jo paikallaan.

Ilmastoinnin puute häiritsi, ulkona 30 asteen helle sisällä tukalan kuuma. Parkkihalli todella ahdas sai vekslata paljon että sai auton ruutuun, liian pieni nyky autoille.

Kasari meininki. Kalustus vähemmän viihtyisä. Kylpyhuone ahdas ja huonosti varustettu: ei pumpulipuikkoja tms, kaksi soopaa pesuun oli, ja fööni, sekä pyyhkeet. Ei minibaaria, mutta uusi testamentti löytyi 😅. Mistä lie kivestä tehty yöpöytä ja sähkön sinisellä maalattu neliö lasikuitutapettiin. Huoneessa oli paperi johon kirjoittaa palaute, muttei kynää. Eikä myöskään infoa milloin mikäkin auki: aamiainen, sauna, uima-allas. Pakolliset turvallusuusohjeet oli. Huone oli kyllä siisti. Henkilökunta oli vähän "eloton" keskustelemaan ja hymyä ei tippunut. Baarin puolella sama juttu: työntekijät heinäseipäitä, jotka ei osanneet small talkia. Tuli aika nihkeä fiilis. Parkkipaikka oli outo. Kun ensin löyty, ei infoa miten ovi aukeaa. Eikä tietysti tilaa. Toisesta parkista kuultiin vasta kun vietiin kärry korttelin päähän tienvarsiparkkiin. Missä parkkeeraus taisikin tulla halvemmaksi. Sijainti kävelykadulla iso miinus - ulkopaikkakuntalaisen vaikea lähestyä. Varsinkin kun se parkkikin oli sitten ties mistä suunnasta lähestyttävä. Aamiainen ihan perus, ei moitittavaa. Aamuaistila kummallisen synkkä - tummaa puuta. Vitsikästä oli sponssifirman turkoosit lonkerotyynyt yhtäkkiä tummilla tuoleilla 😅

Hyvä sijainti, hyvä palvelu

Tuttu majapaikka vuosien varrelta. Perusasiat kohdallaan ja aamupala edelleen hyvä. Klo 16 sisäänkirjautuminen on liian myöhään, olivat perustelut sille mitkä tahansa, mutta onnekseni sain huoneen jo ennen sitä ja pääsin hoitamaan työasioita. Suihkutila toki voisi olla jo ajanmukaisempi.
