The apartment includes three private bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens, a clean full bathroom for your group’s exclusive use, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, basic cookware, and utensils so you can prepare meals at home. A dedicated dining area provides space for shared meals, remote work, or studying, and the living area features a flat‑screen TV with streaming device so you can log into your own accounts, plus high‑speed Wi‑Fi throughout the unit for work and entertainment.​

Guests have the entire first‑floor unit to themselves, including all three bedrooms, the private bathroom, the kitchen, the dining area, and parking at the house so you do not have to worry about street parking. Entry is through a shared main door to the building, followed by a private entrance to the first‑floor apartment, and self check‑in makes arrivals flexible and convenient.​

Bookings must be made by guests 21 years of age or older, and an additional cleaning fee applies for stays over 14 days to keep the apartment fresh and comfortable. Quiet hours run from 10pm–8am on weekdays and 11pm–8am on weekends, there are exterior security cameras monitoring entrances and outdoor common areas only, and the home strictly prohibits smoking, parties, and unauthorized visitors.
