We booked a room here thinking it was walking distance to the stadium for the Springsteen concert. The name Hamburg Arena implied that but it was really not walkable which was an error on our part. Considering the room rate was over 300 euros there is no way we ever thought there would not be air conditioning in the rooms. That price totally took advantage of concert goers and nowhere in the listing do we see there are only fans, no AC. It was a miserable night since it was still hot at midnight and made sleeping nearly impossible. We would never stay here or recommend it to anyone. Stay downtown at a real hotel for less and take a Taxi to and from the arena.

This hotel looks lovely and the rooms are spacious and modern. It was odd for us Brit’s not having a kettle, but the mini fridge was very useful. Small downside is that the walls are pretty thin and we heard some things we’d rather not, but such is life!

ok hotel og venligt personale. dog flere sprog problemer da de ikke alle taler engelsk. hotellet har elkedel og the men ingen kaffe til rådighed på værelserne. vi blev lovet en kingsize bed men fik 2 senge sat samme som en. måske deres kingsize måde. madrasserne mega bløde. morgen buffet absolut i top og rengøring intet at klage over. men 1700 kr pr nat er for meget
