Compared to other 5* hotels in HH this is not at all in that category. It said that there are airconditioned rooms, but is is a truth with modification - some of the rooms come with aircondition. So we changed the room, which went well and quick despite a not so friendly comment from a side colleague of the front desk man. It is said on the internet that there is coffee to make in the rooms. That is true, if only they would have filled up the little bags wirh instant coffee. The hotel is a bit worn out but the Bauhaus style is actually beautiful architecture. The garden is very fine and the staff in the bar was very friendly. Hotel is quit out side of everything so you need good feet to go to other restaurants, bus or car. All in all a okay stay but not given 5* stars from us.

Very comfortable private hotel in the south of Hamburg. Spacious and stylish rooms, easy parking with several e-chargers. Restaurant offered reduced choice and early dining due to COVID restrictions, but food quality was excellent. Breakfast with nice choice of fresh and healthy options in quiet / park-like environment.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, unweit der A7. Parken frei, freundliches Personal...zum Frühstück etwas unaufmerksam. Ich komme schon über mehrere Jahre dort, und es sieht zunehmend aus als braucht das Haus hier und da eine Renovierung. Ich denke die 5* sind nicht ganz berechtigt. Über das Buchungsportal konnte zum Preis von € 11,- Frühstück gebucht werden, nur nicht zu meiner Zimmerkategorie....somit musste ich € 24,- vor Ort bezahlen. Da hätte das Personal beim einchecken flexibler reagieren können - aber da war keine Gnade!
