We booked a room here thinking it was walking distance to the stadium for the Springsteen concert. The name Hamburg Arena implied that but it was really not walkable which was an error on our part. Considering the room rate was over 300 euros there is no way we ever thought there would not be air conditioning in the rooms. That price totally took advantage of concert goers and nowhere in the listing do we see there are only fans, no AC. It was a miserable night since it was still hot at midnight and made sleeping nearly impossible. We would never stay here or recommend it to anyone. Stay downtown at a real hotel for less and take a Taxi to and from the arena.

Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und kompetent. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach und funktionabel. Das Bett war sehr weich und rutschte sehr leicht über den Boden. Das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr umfangreich und teilweise kalt (Eier und Speck)

Das Hotel ist alt und wurde zwar renoviert, aber nicht richtig. Es riecht nach Nässe, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schlecht. Das Personal ist jedoch sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und nicht schlecht. Die Dusche war kaputt, und die Schränke sind sehr alt und mussten zwischenzeitlich repariert werden.

Für 1 Nacht zu zweit o.k. aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Kühlschrank nicht nutzbar, da abgeschlossen. Bad sehr abgewohnt aber ausreichend. Wenig Stauraum & TV ohne Sleep-Funktion. Personal sehr freundlich & kompetent. Gute Lage, da nah an Bus-Station. Für Zwischenstopp ausreichend/zu empfehlen.

Et flott alternativ…

Et flott hotell vi overnattet på, på biltur hjem fra ferie i Spania. Alt var flott bortsett fra en veldig uoversiktlig nedkjøring til garasjen. Her burde det vært montert speil slik at man hadde sett trappen som var rett ved nedkjøringen. Samme problemet ved utkjøringen. Ellers var det et flott hotell med gode senger og hyggelig betjening. Skiltet utenfor var delvis skjult av vegetasjon så det kom litt brått på… Anbefales
