Great location for public transport and walkable to many attractions. Rooms are a bit dated, but immaculately clean with a good shower. Great for a short city break or pre-cruise stay. Lack of air conditioning might be a problem in very hot weather, but our room was very airy with high ceiling and huge opening windows with a balcony. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very conveniently located across the street from both thetrain station and the bus terminal (Flixbus). The breakfastis simple, but good. The single room could do with a renovation, especially the bathroom.

This is a hotel that has preserved the best of the past while having tastefully modernized. The room was of a generous size and everything clean, including the hallways. Many furnishings seemed original to the hotel and are in excellent condition. The whole environment speaks of gentle hospitality.

Bit dirty and old, no power outlets anywhere and the room was tiny. My room door hung in the frame with a huge gap so I could hear everything in the hallway. Unprofessional cleaning staff entering rooms despite DND sign hung up. Breakfast was ok and had vegetarian/vegan options. Location seems alright and secure and very close to Hauptbahnhof

Bathroom was an open section of the room instead of a bathroom with a door. I requested a bill with the address of my employer and they did not provided and ask to request it to Hotel.com. Close to central station and breakfast were the only positive.

Wir haben ein zimmer im hotel kronprinz gebucht. Wurden jedoch auf ein anderes hotel umgebucht wegen Renovierung. Dieses hotel war leider nicht zentral gelegen. Das zimmer war auch deutlich kleiner als gebucht. Wir hatten ein familienzimmer gebucht.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs, Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl. Es fehlte nichts. Renovierungsarbeiten im Treppenhaus haben den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank !

Anfangs gab es leider Probleme beim Einchecken, da das Hotel wegen Renovierungsarbeiten überbucht war. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr nett und konnte das Problem innerhalb von 15 Minuten lösen. Aufgrund der Renovierungsarbeiten kam es während des Aufenthalts zu erheblichen Lärm um die frühen Morgenstunden. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber an sich ausreichend. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist sehr gut. Enttäuschend war das Frühstück, da es nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl gab. Problematisch ist ebenfalls das Schlüssekprinzip, dass der Schlüssel an der Rezeption beim Verlassen des Gebäudes abgegeben werden kann und beim erneuten Abholen keinerlei Nachweise der Person gefragt werden. Wer ein Hotel sucht, das er nur zum Übernachten nutzen kann ohne großartig Ansprüche an Design, Modernität und Frühstück hat, ist hier richtig. Am besten hat mir die Lage gefallen. Direkt vorm Hauptbahnhof und mit direktem U-Bahn-Zugang sowie einer Vielzahl an fußläufigen Restaurants, bitet die Lage alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Kurz-Städtetrips.
