Nice hotel with perfect transport location. Good breakfast A bit noisy because of the location near the central train station, but it didn’t reflect my positive impression too much

The breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly. The room was good. The carpet was a little old and stained, but no big deal for me (bigger deal for my wife). It was warm in Hamburg during our stay and the rooms do not have AC, so it was kind of "stuffy" at times.

Hotel und die Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kopfkissen haben ganz fürchterlich gestunken, sodass man seinen Kopf lieber nicht drauf legen möchte. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist ein guter Startpunkt für Städtetrips, allerdings gibt es in direkter Umgebung noch weitere Hotels zur Auswahl. Das Publikum vor dem Hotel, gerade am Abend ist nicht besonders angenehm. Für eine Übernachtung okay, für längere Aufenthalte würden wir uns ein anderes Hotel suchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück, welches in dem zugegeben sehr günstigen Zimmerpreis enthalten war, war auch gut.

The room I stayed in is in desperate need of renovation, the beds are used to the level that fabric is peeling off, and ventilation was bad - it smelled weird every time I came back to it. The neighborhood was not the nicest (saw a guy pee 3m from me and my colleagues, police were often there, and did not feel safe in the evening there.

Alt, abgenutzt, lange Wartezeit für Warmwasser

Es war okay für eine Nacht als Blindbuchung. Aber die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind extrem abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bettkästen sehen leider echt unmöglich aus. Wenn man nur schlafen will ist es in Ordnung; Wohlfühlatmosphäre kommt jedoch keinesfalls auf. Es ist jedoch sauber; insbesondere das Bad. Warmwasser kommt leider erst nachdem man das Wasser ca. 10 Minuten laufen lässt. Würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Rigtig god oplevelse

Vi havde booket en enkelt overnatning i forbindelse med nytår, og der var ikke en finger at sætte på vores ophold. God og venlig betjening i receptionen ved ankomst, og nem og hurtig udtjekning dagen efter. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin - og man kunne, i modsætning til så mange andre hoteller, rent faktisk sidde og nyde sin morgenmad stille og roligt. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til det centrale Hamborg - lige på den anden side af hovedbanegården. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

Abbiamo pernottato 2 giorni in una stanza minuscola in cui si faceva fatica a muoversi. Inoltre era sulla strada quasi al pian terreno... Ognuno che passava di notte si sentiva! Mai più.
