Perfectly fine hotel for work in that area.
Service is good. Breakfast is fine. Only complaint is no air conditioner. Big park nearby. There is paid parking.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere.....no drug stores, grocery or other services were 2-3 km away from the hotel. Sometimes you just want an ice cream cone or a coffee shop.....all about a 10 Euro cab ride away. The "mall"???? is in total shambles and they shut down at 5-6 in the evening.

Thank you very much for your review. There is a supermarket about 15 minutes walking distance. Small things like ice cream you can get from the petrol station next door and we offer complimentary coffee around the clock. Yes, it is a short ride to the centre and even if the park is just opposit, we are located in a business district called "City Nord". However, within 20 minutes by public transport you're in the middle of the city. We look forward to your next visit.

Short business stop over not far from the airport
Nice stop for a short business trip. Enjoyed the small sauna and the room was quite comfortable. U bahn is a fair walk away but there is a rental bike station just outside. No nice restaurants in the immediate area, so need to travel. No need for an alarm clock as the hotel is in the flight path for the airport and flights start around 6 am.

Nice for a short business stay, near to U bahn and rental bike station. No nice restaurants in immediate vicinity. Don’t need an alarm clock as is in flight path for airport which starts about 6 am.

Helloween Finale!
Professional and courteous staff throughout from the smooth check-in process and no query was too difficult to the smooth check-out. Taxi to the airport booked for our return leg was completed within 5 minutes of our request. Room was well equipped, although the bathrooom/toilet was a little on the small side. The meals in the restaurant were a good range of locally recipes and generous portions, just a shame that we arrive too late on the first day to enjoy the menu fully. A later kitchen closure would be very much appreciated by guests who arrive later in the evening. However we would be happy to come back to this hotel again and good enough for two of the guitarists from Helloween to stay in! Thank you to all the staff for your professionalism and courteous service throughout our stay, it was very much appreciated.

In most respects, I was happy with the hotel. The big negative was that, despite paying extra for a Superior Room with Double Bed, the room actually contained two narrow single beds pushed together, so it was not as advertised on Expedia. I have previously stayed at many other hotels in Germany, and the room was always as advertised, with a proper double bed. I very rarely give negative reviews, but having a proper double bed was important, and I do expect the room to be as advertised on Expedia, especially when I pay extra for a Superior Room.

Thank you very much for your review. We are glad you had a fine stay with us. All our double beds are pushed together. We have a small number of rooms which are with queensize beds. Of course you can get one of this rooms next time. However, the surcharge of 10 EUR for a Superior Room is because of the minibar and the location as superior rooms facing the yard and are more quiet than our comfort rooms. it was good. Great night in atadtpark watching Patti smith which was very close to the hotel and it was close to the train lines and buses and the staff were really friendly and there was a fuzeball table

OK hotel but no air conditioning in rooms
This is an OK hotel but I had a complaint about my stay this time: - There is no air conditioning in the rooms. This means that the rooms are stiflingly hot in the evening. It's very uncomfortable. I had to ask for a portable fan which was not enough

Work Hotel - great breakfast!!
Hotel has a great breakfast! My bathroom was configured odd (might be just mine) such that my head almost hit the ceiling the shower. Beds were very comfortable. I was on the first floor so that might have something to do with it. First floor also gets a lot of noise from the loading docks just below for the resturant. The attached restaurant had good food as well. I choose hotel because convenient to work. But there are not any restaurants to eat dinner at within 0.5 miles so you have to walk. Convenient to 3 different train stops so easy to get down town.
