"Beautiful Hotel, the first guy at the front desk was friendly, helpful, other front desk not too friendly. At breakfast time one lady is always watching you, what you eat, what you do, you feel like you’re doing something wrong when you get up to get your food, it’s a buffet, she came to us in a bad way to tell us , to do not use the glass cups to serve yogurt, because it’s going to be difficult for them to wash the glass. "Lovely hotels with wonderful rooms and all the basic amenities. Would recommend staying as long as you like exercise because the key cards demagnetize if you look at them wrong — they must be praised and cajoled and need never be near anything that lets off the slightest electronic signal or you’ll be back downstairs to rekey the card yet again — 3 night stay and I think I had to do it about 8 times this trip. Staff is wonderful and lovely and the sushi is divine "

"Perfect place for solo travelers! Facilities are super new and clean and the staff are very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend the solo room if you have large bags/lots of luggage but overall my experience with just a large backpack was great. The shower situation was also better than expected for being separate in the basement. Generally exceeded my expectations! Great sleep too."

Loved Hamburg! Quirks of hotel: corridors are a bit of a maze and it’s easy to get lost, but that’s the only negative and I would stay here again for sure!"
