Very expensive for that what is it.. the environment is horrible, the hotel is with basic equipment, is more a hostel than a hotel. It was nevertheless clean..

The hotel was okay, quite simple and basic. The room was clean, and the bed and towels were fine. However, there was no fridge, and I would definitely recommend bringing slippers or indoor shoes because the floor didn’t feel very comfortable to walk on barefoot. There was also not much ventilation in the room when the window was closed, but leaving it open meant there was a chance of insects coming inside. The location was convenient, very close to the train station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, so we had to stay on the first floor. Because of that, we could hear people coming and going and talking, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, I think the hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered. The main advantage was definitely the location near the train station. Otherwise, for the same price, I think you could find a nicer and more comfortable hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist leider in einem absolut schrecklichen Viertel. Für eine Nacht war’s okay, aber ich würde nicht nochmal dort hin.

Bra hotell med relativt nära gångavstånd till Hamburg hbf. Sov över här en natt då vi bara passerade Hamburg i vår tågluff. Inte det bästa området, men gäller ju hela området kring hbf och inget som hotellet kan rå för. Rummet var fräscht och badrummet likaså. Bra ljudisolering med stängda fönster, annars mycket ljud utifrån med öppet fönster. Tyvärr ingen hiss vilket var lite jobbigt med våra stora resväskor till vån 3. Vore trevligt med kaffe/te/vattenkokare på rummet! Men bra dusch och rena handdukar och sängkläder åt oss alla och sängarna sov vi bra i! Skönt att det var mer vanliga sängar och ingen våningssäng! Vi var 2 vuxna med 2 barn.

Der var bedbugs i første værelse vi var på. Men vi blev hurtigt rykket til et nyt og efter var alt fint. Dog skal man ikke regne med at der er støvsuget grundigt og der var heller ingen rengøring på værelset i alle dage vi var der.

德國漢堡城市會點酒店在漢堡火車站附近，而且價錢適中，適合經濟型旅客。 可是該酒店的設施不足，沒有升降電梯，搬運行李很不方便。客房內沒有冰箱，也沒有電視機。 客房的隔音很差，影響睡眠。 酒店職員很有禮貌，又願意幫忙，值得贊許。

Sehr nettes Personal, leider war das Zimmer nicht so toll an sich war es sauber aber leider roch es sehr stark nach Zigaretten was total eklig war. Im Bett und im Bad waren viele Haare. Sonst war es gut eingerichtet und der Rest war auch sauber. Man konnte leider jedesmal wenn jemand die Treppe hoch ging es sehr laut im Zimmer hören. Für eine Nacht und für den Preis aber okey.
