Location great, hotel staff and breakfast good. The only problem we had was that there was an awful smell every night and through the night in the bathroom. We thought it was either the bin, shower or toilet but decided it was a sewage smell. Not sure if they emptied something each night and the smell came up, It was always gone by the morning.

Very comfortable hotel
Had very comfortable stay in this hotel. Room was very good and bed was very comfortable. There are complimentary croissant and water at the doorway every morning in addition to the breakfast. We were given free beverages ( we opt for big pint of beers ) for no room clean up. There is a big supermarket right behind the hotel and make it so convenient as I like to shop in supermarket. Other than this supermarket and pizza shop next door ( good for quick meal), there isn’t much in the vicinity. Need to walk a short distant to the nearest u barn and quite a distant to the s barn (but still within walking distant ), so it is still considered accessible Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Good for business, not a cheap getaway.
The hotel is ok for a business trip, as the rooms are basic, but functional. The breakfast did not have many options, so I would recommend the cafe further up the same road (Lubecker Strasse) - close to the metro station. It was inconvenient to have to go to reception each day to iron clothes as they did not allow guest to take the iron & ironing board back to their rooms.

Rooms were clean and adequate for what was needed. A bit of a squeeze for 2 adults & 2 teens, but that was our choice as we didn't plan on being there much in the day. Fantastic breakfasts kept us going to the afternoon. Next to supermarket so easy to grab a few snacks for the room. Close to underground and suburban train stations.

We booked and paid two months in advance, but when we arrived we were told that the hotel had no rooms available and proposed to check at another hotel in a completely different part of the city. Only after complaining for an hour, the hotel finally managed to provide a room for us in the middle of the night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we ever had!

Friendly staff
Two metros near the hotel. Staff were friendly. Avoid the 9 AM breakfast if you do not like queuing. It worked well when all guests followed the staff suggestions for seating. We found our room to be pleasant and quiet.

Everything is great ( location, supermarket right across the car park, luggage storage, nearby transportation ,good room size for even my family of 4, great staff and good continental breakfast). Only draw back is the underground parking garage is pretty tight, will be nervy if you drive a larger car or wagon.

The property is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's close to the train so it's easy to access. My only complaint is the painfully slow intermittent wifi.

The hotel is central to so many places and so comvinient. Very clean hotel and customer service was really good. It would have been best if they served hot breakfast instead of continental. Not a major worry.

Nice Hotel
We stayed one night and the area around the hotel was nice plenty of dining options. We had some drinks at the hotel which was relaxing in the lobby. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good go early. It was nice they had a parking garage but you still need to pay for the parking at the front desk.

The hotel ticked the boxes for what I was looking for on this particular stay. Would I stay again, possibly not. Would look for somewhere more central although transport into the centre was simple.
