Hamburg City Homes 1 - super central

  • In this beautiful accommodation, very close to Hamburg city center, the Alster, the exhibition halls, the CCH (Congress Center Hamburg), the Sternschanze, St. Pauli, and the Hamburg University, you will live centrally and yet quietly in a completely modernized and cozy Three room apartment. This has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table, shower room, and an outdoor area with a garden table.

    In our accommodation you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay in Hamburg. We provide bedding, towels and a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine.

    On the day of your arrival you can check in yourself from 3:00 p.m., as we have a key box at the accommodation for which you will receive the code and detailed directions via the holiday apartment chat shortly beforehand.

    Please note that the apartment is in a multi-unit residential building where families and elderly people also live. For this reason, the night's quiet must be strictly observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Parties and disturbing the peace are not permitted.

Heel mooie en rustige buurt, goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer, winkels in de buurt. Ruim appartement. Wel veel lawaai in het appartement zelf van verwarmingsbuizen. Sanitair niet in beste staat.

Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass der Vermieter etwas überfordert war. Zunächst war die Unterkunft mehrfach vergeben, es wurde jedoch zeitnah eine Lösung gefunden. Der verstopfte Abfluss in der Dusche konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht repariert werden - wir haben uns jedoch nach 2-maligem Putzen mit diesem Zustand arrangiert. Wir wurden im Gegenzug ausreichend mit Handtüchern versorgt Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt. Die Wasserpumpe im Haus wirkt zeitweise lärmbelastend. Es ist lt. Vermieter schwer, gute Putzkräfte zu finden - das konnten wir bestätigen. Für Hamburger Verhältnisse und in Anbetracht der guten Lage ist es wohl eine preisgünstige Unterkunft. Hinweis: Das Café um die Ecke ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Objekt war doppelt vermietet und wir waren die, die vor der Tür stehen mussten. Nach Telefonaten mit Ferienwohnung direkt haben wir zwar das Geld zurück bekommen, aber kein alternativ Angebot, wo wir schlafen können. Nur eine Webseite, wo wir was anderes buchen können. Das ist mit 2 kleinen Kindern, mit denen ich einem Aufenthalt mit Musical und Miniatur Wunderland geplant hatte, Stress,.Zumal es hieß, das der Türcode am Tag der Anreise kommt. Deshalb ist der Fehler nicht vorher aufgefallen. Wir sind also mit Koffern und zwei müden Kindern durch Hamburg gezogen, um eine Bleibe für die zwei gebuchten Nächte zu finden. Das ist eine unmögliche Organisation.Danke, für den fast versauten Urlaub
