Clever furniture, built-in solutions, and a thoughtful layout create around 30 m² of living space (plus outdoor areas), offering a sense of spaciousness that feels much larger. Whether you want to relax alone, arrive as a couple, or seek peaceful waters with family and friends, you will find space here for both privacy and togetherness.



SCHWARZWALDMAIDLE combines the rustic charm of the Black Forest with the lightness of life on the water. Warm wood tones and natural materials create a cozy atmosphere—a place that feels both secure and open. Inside, the scent of wood and the feel of handcrafted surfaces invite you to unwind. Outside, through the floor-to-ceiling window or on the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the expanse of the Dove Elbe: gentle rocking, sparkling water, and the soft sounds of nature.
