The check-in process was too long. And then when we got to our room, we Americans were not familiar with the ‘key in the slot for full electrical services.’ It would have been more professional to have been told that before going to our room. Food was great!

Disappointing Stay, Not as website photos
The photos on the site are misleading, the room i was given 'standard queen' was tiny and nothing like the photos shown for that room grade, even tho the room was booked as a single person I would have thought the room would have been provided with a double quilt, instead I was greeted with a single pillow and a single quilt placed on top of the bed. Think dust found on top and behind the TV, also HDMI connections didn't work so was unable to use the TV as a screen for my laptop. There is only one English speaking channel, showing only stocks and shares 24/7 so be warned international channels doesn't cover British/USA channels. The bathroom is so small you are unable to enter the bathroom and close the door to use the bathroom without having to enter the shower. I was only staying 2 nights so didn't see the point in complaining. Don't be fooled by the photos of the sauna, it doesn't exist in the hotel anymore. Pictures must have been taken a while ago, the hotel seems tired, in need of a revamp, plaster fallen off the wall in places, Food was ok for the breakfast tho again doesn't look as good as the photos implied. Certainly won't

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern. Great choice of breakfast. Polite staff - and speak great English. Car park looks a little limited in size but there was a space for me both times I visited. Would definitely visit again.

careful of parking lane and barrier!
one night stay. Reasonable condition but not so cheap and €7 to park car is a bit expensive. Also, parking lane is VERY tight and barrier failed to lift at top of steep slope. This made things difficult!

The Staff of the hotel were very good. The location was on the border of an industrial area. There was very little dining out places.

Very Far From hamburg
I didn't notice when I booked this hotel, but it is about three towns away from Hamburg, so you'll have to take a bus to the Metro station and ride that for 40 min to get to Hamburg, which wasn't ideal, but the neighborhood was a residential area and i had no issues with walking around at night or day looking around, which was a nice thing. Overall, the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful in getting me sorted out on any issues I had.

There was no warm water at all. This can happen because of some problems but the major thing is that the service was very bad about it. We got sent to another room where there still was no warm water at all and when we complained about it we got told that we shouldn´t complain. When we checked out and made a complain about it they made us wait for one hour and after that we was told that we will not get any compensation for it because taking a shower and clean your self in warm water is just a small thing. The reason why we do not recommend it is more because of the bad service and treatment not beause we had no warm water.

...nicht verstehen, da heisst es unsauber, kann ich gar nicht bestätigen, das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, die Zimmer vollkommen okay und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und alles da was man braucht oder auch nicht. Alles in allem, absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn es passt kommeich wieder.
