It was suitable for us as we were just staying before we got up early for a flight at the airport. The lady who welcomed us was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The room was dated, sofa bed my son slept on was very thin. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but the shower worked well. We did have two little cube windows that had no blind so we had to cover them up ourselves. The TV was also very glitchy. It is positioned in a good area to go grab dinner though, easily walkable.

Clean modern hotel. Our studdio apartment was compact buthad everything we needed. An ice machine on the property would be a nice addition. That seems to be a common thing lacking at New Zealand hotels.

It's a place that had a hip vibe in the lobby and a fantastic deal for the all you can eat breakfast (pay extra). The location is great in downtown and very near to the bus station.
