Overall this property was just ok. I booked through Expedia and when we arrived we had a very very difficult time trying to get a room. The host does NOT speak English, even though the listing showed that she did. The listing also listed a tub, which it did not have. We were told that we could not get breakfast since we didn’t book in advance enough (but ended up being offered breakfast the next morning). There was not air conditioning even though it specified it had one and no window coverings. The bed faced a window that could look into other windows from a home next door. Very awkward. The stay was ok and we did appreciate the uniqueness of it but the experience trying to get into a room overshadowed the experience. I felt as though the listing was false advertisement.

En stor besvikelse!

Beskrivningen av rummet stämmer inte med verkligheten varken i ord eller bild. Bodde 3 vuxna i en så kallad Juniorsvit som enligt beskrivningen skulle vara lämplig för upp till fyra vuxna. Utrymmena var enormt trånga och när bäddsoffan var utbäddad fanns ingen möjlighet att komma åt skrivbord, soffbord eller kylskåp (som stod direkt på golvet). Fick hämta extra glas, mugg och tepåse i receptionen då detta bara fanns för två på rummet. Badrockar och tofflor som utlovades på hemsidan saknades och enligt killen i receptionen hade det inte funnits sedan efter renoveringen. Med facit i hand hade inga morgonrockar fått plats i "sviten" då antalet krokar var snålt tilltagna för tre personer. De utlovade garderoberna utgjordes av ett par grunda öppna hyllor med begränsat utrymme då extrakuddar också skulle rymmas där. För att få plats med några kläder där fick vi lägga en extrakudde på golvet och överkastet likaså, kom inte åt något annat förvaringsställe. Hyllor saknades i badrummet så necessärerna fick också stå på golvet, liksom vattenkokaren när den var igång då sladden inte räckte till något ledigt uttag från skrivbordet. En del av golvytan försvann till ett extra badrum som endast innehöll ett badkar, varken handfat eller toastol fanns där. Har bott många gånger på detta hotell och alltid varit nöjd men det senaste året har det tyvärr enligt mig blivit mycket sämre. Frukosten var god och städpersonalen trevlig men det vägde tyvärr inte upp helhetsintrycket.

Lite lyx mitt i stan

Hotellet levede slet ikke op til 4 stjerner. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ok, men der var kun filterkaffe og den skårne frugt var kedelig. Røræg smagte som pulver. Vores junior suite havde et meget lille badeværelse og sovesofaen til vores teenagebørn var ikke egnet til at sove i. Smal sofa med tynd madras og meget knirkende metalstel. Ikke ok til den pris og det forventede niveau på hotellet. Vi endte med at lægge madrassen ned på gulvet og klappe sofaen sammen.

Jobbigt högt ljud från järnvägen hela natten annars var rummet rymligt och rent, väldigt mjuka sängar men sköna lakan. Bäddsoffan var väldigt obekväm, man låg som i en hängmatta. Trasiga lampor i badrummet. Bra med vattenkokare och kaffe på rummet. Ett plus för golvfläkten som var välbehövlig i värmen då rummet saknade AC

Koselig fint hotel med kult interiør og verdens tregeste heis=trappetrening😃 De beste sengene vi har sovet i på noe hotel noen sinde! Det var litt varmt på rommet men det var en liten vifte der. Hyggelig personale. Kunne ønsket litt mer informasjon om byen og stranden ved ankomst til hotellet.

Medelmåttigt hotell

God frukost men sömnen blev lidande av en fjädrande säng som gorde att den andra vaknade bara man rörde sig, gammal säng. Ingen kompensation för detta . Vi hade nog ett av de rummen som inte var renoverade Ingen luftkonditionering, lyhört.
