Several items did not appear fresh and seemed to have been left out for an extended period. I was unable to eat most of the food. When I raised the issue, the staff denied any problem and dismissed it as personal preference, which was not appropriate. Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable, even though the rest of the stay was fine."

The website makes this place look like a dream, but my February stay was a freezing nightmare. * The Hot Tub: Only a foot deep (no submerging) and never got above 75°F. * The Management: When I reported the cold water, the manager told me it’s cold because it’s winter. Unbelievable. * The Room: Floors were so cold I had to use blankets as rugs. * Towels are so smelly. It seems like towels have not dried completely or there has been no guests for many months. If you're looking for a cozy winter getaway, look elsewhere. This place is all marketing and no maintenance. "
