"My wife and I stayed three nights at this flat, and we loved it! The pictures are accurate and the house is in immaculate condition. The floor plan works for a couple, a small family, or two couples. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a large open plan living room/dining room + kitchen. A utility room contains a washing machine. Great to sit out on the balconies and eat together in the evenin. Within a short drive of Salzburg for a days outing in a truly exceptional city."

"It felt very homely. It was clean and tidy. It was well stocked and presented. The ski resort was excellent. They really knew how to look after the snow and all the lift people were really friendly. The views were stunning both on the tops of mountains and from the chalet."

"Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Plenty of rooms and spaces for our group of 8. Wonderful outdoor spaces too. And the hosts were incredible. Nina and Andy were easy to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations and made suggestions for great outings. Wish we could have stayed longer. "This is a perfectly located spot in Hallstadt. The cafe next door is fantastic and right on the water. You are still very close walking distance to the center of the town, but thankfully not surrounded by all the crowds of people. I enjoyed exploring the town before and after all the main bus loads of people were gone. Recommend the waterfall hike that is in close proximity. Space was clean and bed/shower was nice was comfortable. THE VIEW. You cannot beat it."

"Cute and modern 3 bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bath with large shower which is not common! We did arrive around 2030 and their were no bath towels, but the caretaker came immediately. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. We had most of the cash needed to pay the 110E extra but we were short 3E. We asked if that would be enough but she said no. We found an ATM the next...

"Location was absolutely wonderful - so quiet and peaceful yet so many ski lifts within 30 mins drive. Gabriela and her family were wonderful hosts - we really enjoying meeting the animals (cats,dog, chickens and cows - not forgetting the gorgeous calf Gloria). "We had a wonderful time in Steuer-Annaberg among the Austrian Alps in the Salzkamergut. The Chalet was beautiful! Upon arrival it was bright, cheerful, and pleasantly fresh among the mountain air. It seemed the layout was thoughtfully determined - with the entry level bringing one into the living room and kitchen/dinning room areas with a bathroom for that level. "Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt, das Haus liegt in kurzer Entfernung zum Skigebiet, sogar ein regionaler Einkaufsmarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist sehr leise in der Umgebung, schöne Aussicht, Spielplatz für Kinder und Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles prima, wir bedanken uns."

"The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"It’s a nice cabin with 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds sufficient for five children/teenagers) surrounded by other similar cabins with wonderful views. There is a beautiful terrace facing the mountains. Ideal for hiking in summer. Even though the area may seem a bit crowded (quite a few cabins located on the slope), it is well designed and tenants do not disturb each other. The communal pool for residents is certainly a plus. "Het huis is voorzien van heel veel persoonlijke spullen van de familie van de eigenaar wat een fijne sfeer met zich meebracht. Hier en daar wel wat defecte spullen zoals een rolluik die niet meer omhoog kon. We hebben erg genoten."

"Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in over the phone was fast and efficient (be aware that you need to be able to make phone calls to check in!). Cons: Pretty pricey but it is what it is for a place within waking distance of Hallstatt village center. Internet was quite slow. If you are planning to cook, be aware that kitchen utensils are somewhat lacking compared to most apartments of this type, and there are no condiments (oil, salt etc) provided."
