Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Janaza, nestled in a leafy & quiet location about a 20-25 min walk from Halls Gap village. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering.It would have been great to have access to some lounge chairs to chill out on the deck after our hikes - the surroundings are just beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Janaza. The house was perfect for our needs. Perfect location and we enjoyed watching all the bird life, kangaroos and deer. The sunrise onto the Grampian mountains from the bedroom was an highlight.

The serenity and Views

We loved our 3 night stay with our 2 x old dogs who loved the massive deck that is fenced. The view are amazing and so peaceful. Loved the walks into town from here and the nature. Thank you again and hopefully the fires stay away from you all.

Halls Gap

The space was very comfortable, kangaroos and birds nearby. Property does need some maintenance, disappointing that bbq was not cleaned as a large deck area was available. Awesome walks nearby.

2 day getaway

Location was great close to all activities. Accom very clean and kitchen well equipped. Lovely outdoor area with great views. TV however had no signal the entire stay. Was warned by owner that signal maybe touch and go but didn't think it would be this bad. Central Heating worked but very noisy wall unit, possible faulty bearing. We still had a nice stay .

Perfect place for singles or a couple. Lovely views. Kangaroos everywhere. Lovely outdoor deck. Bed was comfortable. Decorated tastefully and well appointed. Couldnt have found a more cosey perfect spot. Stay here again for sure. Thanks verymuch.

Such a peaceful little spot

The house is beautiful, has everything you need to feel secluded and peaceful but only a 20 minute walk from the town. There’s no wifi but you’ve got enough service if you do need it. Comfy, clean and homey. There’s also a fully gated deck and some dog beds if you’re bringing your dog, ours loved it!

Cute home away from home

Janazza was a perfect little house for our Grampians short break. Very clean and tidy… short walk into town and so good we could bring our dog to enjoy the holiday with us. The huge deck was lovely to have a glass of wine and listen to all the beautiful birds. So relaxing.
