This modern and newly renovated approx. 52sqm old building apartment is perfect for up to 4 people. Guests number 3 and 4 can stay in the separate living room thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there are also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table for four people.

The living room and kitchen form a common living area. This invites you to relax with the comfortable sofa. The sofa bed can be folded into a comfortable bed with an 18cm mattress. With high-speed WiFi and smart TV you can switch off and relax here after a strenuous day.

The modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via a staircase. Access to the apartment is via a smart lock.
