Cozy cottage near the lake, including free Wi-Fi and own rowing boat

A cozy cottage with a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a briquette/charcoal grill approx. 100 meters from the lake Örsjön.
The cottage is equipped with TV, Parabola (Astra), stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, wood stove with glass door, washing machine, wc, shower and 2 separate bedrooms.
Intended for up to 4 people.
A private rowing boat is included in the rent.
We offer rental of both electric and petrol boat engines.
(Not allowed to bring your own boat engine)
It`s also possible to rent a wood-fired sauna and hot tub.
Both the sauna and the hot tub are right by the lake's edge and you have a wonderful view of Örsjön.
Pets are not allowed.

Fantastic stay in the red house by the lake

We had a great week ! Nice, clean house. Lots of space in the house and round the house. Everything we needed was there. Very good bed also. And we had our own rowing boat, which was pleasant ! Also due to the good weather we had. Owner Benny was very friendly and helpful. When we go visit our family in Älmhult again, we will for sure come back to this beautiful red house at the lake, in the middle of nature !

Entspannung mitten in der Natur

Kleine, sehr gemütliche, saubere Hütte in schwedischem Stil in ruhiger Umgebung mitten in der Natur. Dennoch war jeder Komfort vorhanden (inkl. WLAN). Wir waren Ende Februar/Anfang März bei Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt da. Trotzdem war es immer mollig warm in dem kleinen Häuschen. Die Umgebung nahe am See ist herrlich und lädt dazu ein, einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen und mal runterzukommen. Die Wege zur Hütte sind etwas abenteuerlich, man sollte daher ein Fahrzeug mit genügend Bodenfreiheit nutzen.

Einfaches aber schön gemütliches Häuschen. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Sauber, nah am See und ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter der für alle Fragen immer bereit steht.

Typische schwedische röda stuga auf geräumigem Grundstück.

Sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter. Wohnt nicht in der Nachbarschaft, ist bei Bedarf aber trotzdem stets sofort zur Stelle. Die Umgebung des Grundstücks ist dicht bewachsen und dadurch das Haus sichtgeschützt. Wunderschöner See zum Rudern und zum Fischen.

Zu empfehlen für Angler

Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft mit dem Vermieter ist klasse. Das Gewässer ist zum fischen sehr gut geeignet, Zander, Barsch und Hecht gibt es in Fülle wenn man sich mit der Gewässerstruktur beschäftigt. Eine Gewässerkarte gibt es gegen einen Aufpreis bei dem Vermieter. Das Haus ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen und sollte eventuell mal der Zeit angepasst werden. Im ganzen ist es definitiv zu Empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr gut für Angler und Pilz-, Fahrrad- und Wanderfreunde

Wir waren drei Wochen in dem Haus und haben uns prächtig erholt. Der Vermieter, Benny, ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der See ist herrlich und interessant, viele Inseln und Buchten, abwechslungsreiches Tiefenprofil, fischreich. Kaufen Sie sich eine Tiefenkarte oder benutzen Sie ein Echolot. Gefangene Hauptfischart Hecht und Barsch. Der grosse Zander blieb uns leider verwehrt, lag aber sicherlich an uns. Wälder sind pilzreich, wir waren aber zu früh da. Fingen gerade an zu wachsen als wir abgereist sind. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Küche komplett, Fernseher Satellit, Deutsch, Kaminofen, WLAN, was braucht man mehr. Haben uns prächtig erholt in absoluter Ruhe. Danke Benny, Silke und Mathias.

Wir waren zu dritt im Ferienhaus!! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und reicht locker für vier Personen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und ist über Telefon immer zu zu erreichen wenn man mal fragen hat. Unsere Meinung nach ist das Ferienhaus und der Vermieter empfehlenswert!!

Svensk charme, hyggeligt hus og fantastisk natur

Det er 4. gang vi har lejet hytte hos Kalvshult Fritidsstugor og vi kommer tilbage igen. Vi plejer at leje badtunnen, men pga is i januar var den lukket ned for vinteren, så denne gang blev det til en tur i saunaen med efterfølgende kolde bade i søen, hvor vi først måtte slå hul på isen. Skønt. Hytterne er charmerende og der er, hvad der skal være for at man kan hygge sig inde- som udendørs. Vi har fundet nogle gode vandreruter i området og naturen er fantastisk også her om vinteren, hvor vores forventninger til naturen var små, så blev vi positivt overraskede over, hvor smukt den svenske natur er, selv her i januar måned. Vi går lange ture og nogen gange kører vi hen et nyt sted og går fra bilen. Vi går med ViewRanger-app'en, så vi altid kan finde tilbage igen til bilen. App'en viser også vandreruter, så det er nemt at udforske området. Man kan også cykle og fiske, der er båd til hytterne, og vil man på en længere bådtur kan man leje en påhængsmotor til båden. Fiskekort kan købes af udlejer. Alt i alt et dejligt sted, som vi gerne vil vende tilbage til igen.

Perfekt zum Entspannen in der Natur!

Einmal gefunden gibt es an der Hütte absolut nichts auszusetzen! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage im Wald und am See ist sehr idyllisch. Leider konnten wir aufgrund eines gesundheitlichen Zwischenfalls nur einen Bruchteil der geplanten Zeit in der Hütte verbringen. Der Vermieter war dabei zum Glück sehr flexibel bezüglich An- und Abreise und hat uns außerdem seine Hilfe und Unterstützung angeboten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
