"The room smelled awful and the shower was cold. Pool room towels aren't allowed out of the pool area, so the elevator and hall floors werr drenched from so many people walking back to their rooms with no towel. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming. The powdered eggs were particularly bad. "

"When there are a lot of children in the property, there should be staff in the pool area. The parents alone are not watching them"

"The 2 night stay was going great ...... Until check out morning. 5pm the previous evening, I requested a late checkout just in case I needed a little more time in the morning. The front desk attendant was very helpful and scheduled me for late checkout. Before noon(my late checkout was 1pm) there were 3 separate knocks. 2 from house cleaning and 1 from possible management. Possible management stated that at 1230pm I would be charged for an additional day. I informed her that my late checkout was for 1pm and the attendant from last evening wrote it in their log book. Needless to say I was already heading out, before 1230. Overall, the morning staff was NOT my cup of tea. Evening staff and the breakfast crew were great. The room; clean but dusty, bathroom ceiling falling in, furniture and tub had hard stains. Housekeeping; 1 wrapped roll of toilet paper(stored), 1 unused roll on ream and 1 used roll on ream. Would I stay again, possible but just for a night or 2."
