The room was large, very clean, comfortable, with a large private bathroom. The breakfast was also excellent, with lots of options and delicious food. The location was beautiful, and the hotel was quiet.

Close to Vatnajökull Park so very handy if staying in the area. I had a free upgrade to a cabin, which was superb. The other cabins looked ok from the outside. The hotel is quite near the sea, so a short walk will bring you to it. Warning there is no TV. They did internet but my cabin 13 couldn’t ...

The cottage was clean, nicely updated, and very comfortable. The staff at the location of check in were not friendly; and even though they touted laundry as an available amenity, it was clear they disnt want to honornthat. We ended up washing clothes in the sinks at the cottage.
