No water in the pool. “Beach” is some rocks next to the hotel. The room only had one bed, and they didn’t bring any blankets up for sleeping. Limited utensils in the room. Lebabon is facing a lot of difficulty right now that’s beyond their control. For the price, the place is fine. It’s clean, and has a nice view of the sea. I felt like the room wasn’t what was advertised and the guy at the front desk promised to bring blankets up but I ended up sleeping on the couch with no blankets.

We booked for 5 people , so one of us slept in the living room, we asked at the reception to get bed sheets.. we never got it . During the day they tell us or I'll send someone or will ask our boss , and during the evening everything it's close now you need to wait until tomorrow. At the end they tell me it's an extra charge ... WHY?? WE BOOKED FOR 5 and the room says that it can fit 6 in it !! The water in the shower and sink are very light and after the 3rd shower no more hot water. There's a few items in the kitchen, the strict minimum. If you're staying more then 2-3 days you need to get your own kleenex, toilet paper. What we enjoyed the most is that our balcony is directly to the pool. And you have a parking underground. Mini market and a bistro on the site.

- Absence of receipts provided for payments and deposits. - The shower tends to splash water outside, resulting in a messy bathroom. - The electricity supply in the chalet frequently experiences interruptions. - While the swimming pool is enjoyable, the high chlorine content can cause irritation to the eyes. - WiFi is not available inside the Tour chalet, despite being initially promised as part of the inclusive package for the stay.

Beware before booking this property! 1. False advertisement! Images pictured for “family apartment” showcase a sea view balcony, which is the reason we booked this hotel. We were on the ground floor with a pool view and no ocean view from the room. Mind you, we have a 2 and 4 year old…we would NOT have selected a pool access room w. young children. 2. The hallway had an uncovered manhole, and we spotted 2 cockroaches in the parking garage. 3. The underground parking garage was extremely difficult to get in/out of given the tight entry/exit. It was also tough to park given the cinder blocks between parking spots. 4. There was a cat pee smell near the oven and couldn’t light the oven without a lighter, which was not provided so we had to purchase one. 5. The kitchen trash was too large for the kitchen cabinet so the door was always left slightly ajar, leaving the chalet always smelling like trash. 6. The unit we were given only had a standing shower, despite both a tub and shower being shown on Expedia pictures. Again with 2 small children, we needed a tub so showering them was difficult. 7. The shower had low water pressure and was extremely hot. There were 2 shower heads: The waterfall from the ceiling didn’t work so we could only use the handheld wand, which was difficult to shower. 8. The AC unit in the first bedroom was dripping water all over the floor; caused my kids to slip and fall. It also had a high pitched squeaking so we shut the unit off. WILL NOT RETURN!
