9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,007 reviews)

Queen room we originally reserved was very small (as advertised in size), so we decided to upgrade to a larger room (two twins) and it was great. Excellent shower / bath combo, high end restaurant (Italian, not Japanese) and very helpful stuff. Location is great, really close to Ueno station and everything is relatively easily accessed.

The location was in the middle of electric town. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They offered a gachapon game which we won some unique discount for the restaurant.

Staff was great with info and helping with luggage forwarding. In room laundry was great. Wish we noticed there was no closet/storage for large suitcases
