A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people ...

The room was ok... not incredibly spacious. Our room was also overlooking the parking lot and a construction zone, so that was strange. We really couldn't keep the blinds open. The room was advertised having an onsen, and really it was just a deep bath. For $800+ a night, we were expecting more. ...
