"3 star property. Provides everything what a solo/ business traveller needs from a 3 star hotel. Deluxe suite (3 nights) was spacious with double bed and bathtub. Room doesn’t have window. TV channels don’t work. Basic amenities were there. Room did had small issues which can be neglected. Room cleaned everyday during my stay. "The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details.
