"the hotel is a bit old, but in good condition. the room where i stayed was excellent. the open onsen was fantastic. the garden was nice. staff dont speak English but they were very helpful and nice. all of them incl8their chef came outside to say goodbye to us when we were leaving. we will come back in future. "

"1.風呂の湯栓が外れていてわかりにくい場所に置いてあった。 2.駐車場の通路が狭い。 3.別館と本館をつなぐ場所は工場かと思った程、印象が悪い。 4.フロントの方は初宿泊の私に丁寧な対応をしていただき、こちらが恐縮した。 5.テーブルの木がかなり経年劣化しており、pcのマウスが動かしづらかった。"
