Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and beautiful breakfastbuffet. Service was very good. The hotel is near to a lovely nature reserve/park where we spent a pleasant day strolling about. The rooms are a good size, plenty of parkingspace available.
The carpeting in the halls was old and shabby, to a degree that I feel it deserves commenting, and I usually don't care about those types of details. But my room was comfortable and overall I had a good stay. I'd stay there again.
Excellent hotel location, great services and food.

This is a large hotel with great rates, rooms and service. It is a bit dated, however, and could use some refurbishing. Beware there are no irons in the rooms. When we asked at the front desk, they indicated that they had no irons left so we were out of luck.
Nice place to stay in Ohnuma, very close to Ohnuma seminational park, a couple of Golf courses. If you rent a car, I recommend to go to a nice local restaurant (Maoka Sushi) in Mori for aproximately 30 minutes by car.
The moment I stepped into the hotel I was confident of a good a stay. Nice big rooms with a view of a lake.
Very efficient check in included being guided to the room.
The onsen was superb with both indoor and outdoor overlooking a duck lake.
Food was great in the restaurant, local black beef being their specialty. No other choice of restaurants in the property. There is a bakery though.
Breakfast was fantastic with 3 rows of food to choose from.
Loved the hotel. Will return in the spring to play golf.
The best hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. The breakfast is amazing. You cannot imagine how great the breakfast is.

Outdoor Hot Spring
The hotel is located in a nice environment and the views from the rooms are great. Breakfast buffet offered many high quality choices and was a good value. The view of the lake from the hot springs was fantastic. The facility is a little dated.

Nice quiet hotel
Nice service, nice hotel.
No ice machine, have to buy it at store.
This hotel is out of town, but the hotel provide a shuttle bus to and from the local Shinkansen station.
There are no double beds as such, but they move the single beds together for that cosy feel.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The onsen (hot spring) was well-maintained with an outside pool facing the lake, very beautiful and relaxing. The hotel is a bit isolated, but there is a shuttle to Onuma station where you can spend sometime in the nearby park. Eating options can be a bit limited with only one restaurant on the premises, but there is a convenience store on location. All in all would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation in a nature setting. Highly recommended for onsen-lovers.
Beautiful environment surrounding the hotel. Room is comfortable and clean. Service staff are more task oriented and less service oriented as compared to other Japanese hotels. Hot spring is very small in view of the size of the hotel and the number of guests it receives. Breakfast quality is slightly below average.

The onsen at this hotel was good
We stayed three nights at this hotel and the view from the room was fantastic. The hotel has an Onsen (hot spring) on site - if you go at night there a deer and a fox sculpture on the opposite bank are lit up (a bit like Christmas decorations) The onsen is sex segregrated and you go in naked (as with all the onsens we experienced in Japan).
The restaurant food was very good but you had to book in advance.
The main problem with this hotel is that it is quite remote. There is a shop on site but nowhere to eat or get a drink for a lot of the day. There is a shuttle bus which meets some of the trains in Onuma and you can hire bikes, but it was difficult to be out in the evening if you did not have your own transport. We found we got bitten (by insects) walking near the hotel.
Hospedagem correta. É uma pena que sofra os efeitos do over turismo com grandes excursões principalmente da China aportando e saindo todos os dias. A calma e a tranquilidade procuradas em um hotel resort podem ser perdidos rapidamente enfrentando esses congestionamentos…
Located at a quiet forested area. A simple and comfortable hotel. We had dinner and the food was delicious at reasonable prices. The hot spring spa is facing a small pond with cranes coming in occasionally. Great experience. Will come back.
