Cameras do NOT look into any interior spaces!

PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), street parking (first-come, first-served)
NO PARKING IN GARAGE!

OPTIONAL PROPANE BBQ FEE ($45 per stay- 1 tank, paid pre-trip- if more needed, responsibility of guest)

Directly outside the gates of Southern Dunes, you will find a vast amount of
stores, restaurants and other conveniences, such as Walmart Supercenter, Winn Dixie, ABC liquor Store, McDonalds, Checkers, Burger King etc.
Haines City and the surrounding area features many shopping opportunities.

Your safety matters. The property is located in a gated community and features 2 exterior Ring security cameras located on the front door facing the front entry and driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when detected by motion or when the doorbell button is pressed.
