Right on the award winning Southern Dunes GOLF & Country Club. The Southern Dunes community is manicured gated community with everything you would need just outside the gate
ORLANDO getaway just 20 miles from the fun of Walt DISNEYWorld !.
Relax in the inviting common area, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind on the screened lanai.
This beautiful home recently REMODELED .
Property is fully equipped with new furniture, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private heated pool and a amazing sunset view towards lake Joe .
In addition to the double parking .
There are many cuisines near by.
Also many groceries stores such as Super Wal-Mart (walking distance), Windixie etc.
We provide for our guests Cable, pay per view , high speed internet access and much more .
The place is very peaceful and relaxing to escape everyday .
This lovely house is fully equipped and can accommodate 6 people.

The SOUTHTERN DUNES community boasts a large public golf course within a few minutes walk through the neighborhood!



POOL HEATER ACTIVATION FEE - (Negotiable for 10 days o more )

POOL HEATER activation will be a $40 per day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM UPON REQUEST .It will be an additional fee NOT included on the Vrbo rate.Please let us know ahead time if you would like to activate pool heater as the heater does take a couple of hours to reach its set point.

Clean and comfortable place for a few nights of rest while on a work trip. Felt very secure with 24/7 guard at the entrance. Thank you for making the check in and check out process extremely easy!
