During your stay in Orlando Florida, why spend your holidays in a small cramped hotel room when you can stay in a house? Located from 15 minutes from several parks in the area such as Disney, Universal Studios, legoland, sea world. This house is located on one of the most beautiful golf in Florida (Top 5) in the amazing community of Southern Dunes, with a 24 hour gated community and guardian . This luxury spacious house for rent is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private pool , no rear neighbors, overlooking the golf course. The floor plan is 1567 feet, in addition to the double garage.

There are many restaurants nearby, and 2 major supermarkets conveniently located at the front of the estate - Wal-Mart & Winn Dixie (walking distance). There are many shopping malls close by to suit all ages and tastes

Cable and high speed internet access as well as the option of pool heating. There is also a on-site manager to see to your comfort . The place is very charming and relaxing. This lovely house is fully equipped and can accommodate

6 people.

The lounge boasts beautiful leather suites and a 65' TV for all your entertainment needs.

Each bedroom also has a 50' TV for your comfort and you can even watch the TV when you are outside as another 50' TV is available from the patio deck.

The pool area is very spacious with a magnificent view overlooking the 17th fairway of the golf course

A gas grill is available for use

Great Way to Spend Christmas

Property was exactly as described. Clean, modern and a backyard oasis on the golf course. We very much enjoyed our time and would stay again.
