"Nice cottage for our family to spend a few days in Cape Cod. Short walk to beach and Sailing Cow restaurant. Good proximity for short drives to other local restaurants, shops and golf. Bathroom is a really tight squeeze to use the toilet and shower. Outdoor shower much better condition and spacious. Kitchen was OK - all the appliances worked and dishes, silverware and glasses good too. Luckily we had some nice breezy nights so sleeping with windows open was pleasant as AC is a mobile unit in the kitchen. Master bedroom was also a tight squeeze with furniture and bed. Full size bed and pillows could use an upgrade as not the most comfortable."

"Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! "

"Non working exterior door which would not close or lock, non working refrigerator, torn or non working shades, no window coverings in primary living space, no blankets, stove with one working burner, very difficult to find due to no visible street number or access road light, no response from local management to help us."
