"our stay was great.. cabin was what we saw when booking.. access was easy and very easy to find. peacefull with no neighbors right next door.. just feet away from the dock. this place had no steps, so easier for older folks like ourselves. If we go back to that area... i will absolutely see if this cabin is available for our next stay... the only thing that could help is maybe add a grab bar next to the shower for help. and maybe putting some grib tapes in bathtub, which was a little slippery....

"We had such a wonderful time staying at the Hackensack House. Jill and Jim were wonderful to work with and very prompt to our needs. Our family time was greatly enjoyed because the house had everything and was within walking distance to the cozy downtown and great fishing."

"Our family stayed for 7 nights. We were 3 generations, 6 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, large, and the dishwasher works great. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water. The cabin was very clean. Now for the fun stuff; the kids fished off the dock and caught countless fish. We put the lily pad out and they really enjoyed jumping off of it. We pulled the kids around the lake on an inflatable tube and created some of our best...

"our stay was great.. cabin was what we saw when booking.. access was easy and very easy to find. peacefull with no neighbors right next door.. just feet away from the dock. this place had no steps, so easier for older folks like ourselves.
