The fully furnished kitchen offers an original Bavarian dining table (once belonging to folk singer Roider Jackl), and all modern appliances needed for a comfortable stay.

When you book the Cottage, no other holiday units on the property will be rented out during your stay. The main house remains occupied by the property’s residents, with separate garden areas and designated parking spaces.

Please note that the garden is not fully fenced.

Self check-in is available using the key lockbox. A personal welcome from our housekeeper can also be arranged on request.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the house’s historic nature, the stairs are steep with railings on only one side, making them unsuitable for toddlers or guests with mobility challenges.
