Breakfast is good. They typical free hotel buffet. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Centrally located and walkable to most attractions

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Had no complaints about the room. Situation of hotel is in the old quarters and is handy for sightseeing. Plenty of choices for breakfast which is included in price. Also good selection of food if required for lunch or dinner. We loved going up to the open terrace at night where there is a lovely view over Hanoi. If I was coming back to Hanoi for a few days I would definitely stay there.

Beautiful apartments and lovely staff, welcoming but not intrusive and the apartments had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There is currently construction around the hotel which might be a bit noisy if you were just wanting to relax by the pool all day but couldn’t hear it at all in the room. Grab was always there in less than 5 minutes to go anywhere, and breakfast has a great selection!

We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back.

Great place. Only confusion was whether we were in tower A or tower b. That was sorted quickly. It is a little further from the old quarter but you get the benefit of greater room space and pool etc Great mini mall underneath too that included coffee shops and small supermarket.
