"Room was great. Basic hotel but no complaints "

"The only complaint that we had was the water never got hot in the sink - just luke warm. We did not use the showers, so don't know if they were the same way. Also, the fridge was set so high that all our food froze. And also this morning instead of the heat staying on, the air conditioning turned on and we couldn't get it to shut off, so we just turned it up really high to stop it from running. But the motel is just beautiful and the room was amazing and we said that we want to come back when we can stay for pleasure and not to be near the hospital. I would highly recommend this place!! Just beautiful! And clean and attention to detail!! Felt very safe and secure."

"Does not have the parking options claimed available on website. Staff only gave verbal description of the parking options, omitting the costly parking trap. Should have easily handed out a one-page flyer clearly marking the options on a map. Posting fines on a not-clearly-marked parking spot is a nice way of saying welcome to city. The parking garage is on the other side of the road. Need to cross the busy main road, but there is no light for crossing and the cars are not waiting, so not very safe. City planning is poor in this area. The facility is generally good, but with areas of accumulated dust and some dysfunctional equipment. Expect better for a hotel at this level. "

"I have always been very picky about my hotels, and wasn’t certain about booking The Hampton, but I am so glad I did. This was hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a kind, friendly, and helpful staff. While it’s true that this Hampton is not the newest hotel building in the area, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it was a quiet stay. I stayed several days along with different family members during a family emergency and visiting the nearby hospital. They got to know us and our situation, and anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had. I am so grateful to have had such a welcoming place to come back to during such a stressful time. This should be no contest. Stay here! "

"The Baymont was a basic, inexpensive housing accommodation. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the staff was friendly and helpful. It provided a bed, television, refrigerator, and bathroom. I would recommend it to others!"
