K Hotel is in a nice location. Our room had a beautiful view of the pagoda. The breakfast buffet was great. Enough variety and quantity to last you thru the day. Would stay there again.
Nothing was included with the price. A swimming pool was mentioned at the posting, put I had to pay 56,000 won for me and my two kids to use the pool, which was filled with people taking swimming lessons. Also, TV was old and had just basic cable. Finally, they had a toothpaste/toothbrush kit available in the room, but it had a 3,000 won price tag on it. Very funny. I felt as if the owners were losing money on the hotel and were trying to squeeze every last cent from their guests. Don't stay here. Its a rip-off.
This hotel is quite dated. The bathroom was clean but needed for a very thorough cleansing especially the ceiling. Water mark/mold was present. The room we had a fantastic view showing 2 temple like structures and mountains. Breath taking. The room size was quite large with 2 beds, a desk with a stool, TV, and a refrigerator. It only had electrical outlets almost hiding underneath the desk and next to the refrigerator not near the beds.
You need to pay to use the gym or spa or swimming pool. Again the facilities were old.
I would recommend this hotel because it is located in a very convenient tourist area with lots of eateries and amusement parks, and its proximity to many of Gyeongju's historical sites. Very kind front desk too.
