It was thoughtfully stocked and the binder she put together for activities in the area was an awesome resource! I made good use of it! It was easy to feel like I was at home there. "We had a great time! We went packed and ready for “glamming” trip and got just that! The property is beautiful including the creek that runs on the back side. Yes, we had to put water in the toilet tank because the pipes were frozen and yes we heated water on the stove for washing dishes but this place was just perfect despite those things. Will definitely return and recommend 100% if you want a peaceful, relaxing getaway!"

"A group of us went to celebrate a 40th birthday. This place was everything we were looking for. It was very secluded with no neighbors in sight! There were 11 of us and 2 dogs. We did a lot of fishing and paddle boarding (the boat and 2 paddle boards were provided at no extra cost!). Being from the city we all really enjoyed star gazing and we all saw shooting stars. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there was laundry on site. 10/10 would recommend staying here and we hope to...

"We stayed for a snowmobile vacation. The property is across the street from trail 8. There is lots of parking for trucks and snowmobile trailers and a garage if you need to work on sleds. The house is well equipped. Kim is great at keeping you posted about trail conditions and promptly answering any questions you might have. Highly recommend!"

"We had another special stay on the Laughing Whitefish! Although we weren't blessed with tons of snow this year we explored and enjoyed every minute. Kids skied at Marquette Mountain, Mount Ripley and swam at NMU. Had a mid-February BBQ on the riverside deck and enjoyed the warmth of the fire pit. Enjoyed our small fireplace, it is the best fireplace! The cabin is small but just right for us. Thank you Cathy and Scott."

"Just far enough out of town to not be in the chaos but close enough to get there when we needed to be. The home was very homey, and easy to come back to for relaxation. Definitely will stay again, hopefully for a longer duration."

"This house is located on a quiet lake and we had a great time swimming, kayaking, and riding in the pontoon boat. We saw bald eagles flying over the lake in the morning. The host provided everything we needed, including life jackets, towels, and water toys. There were ample bedrooms for our two families with kids. The property manager was very helpful when we had an issue come up requiring a repair and got it fixed the same day."
