"We enjoyed our time as a family at Westin in Huntsville. The enjoyable things were access to restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was friendly. The hotel was overall very nice and clean. Once we finally got in the pool, it was comfortable. The place was extremely busy and the pool was small and crowded the entire two days we were there. There were items of furniture that lacked maintenance. The nightstand had trim falling off. I ordered a mocktail at the bar and after ordering it, realized it was $18 and when it was served, it came in a very small champagne glass. My husband and I were shocked. It was more expensive than 95% of the drink menu. There is a hotel attached that I think shares the pool. I might try it next time because it’s less expensive. The valet drivers were very nice. The space and rocket center was amazing! There was a cafe/Starbucks on the first floor."

"Everything about this hotel was outstanding except one thing, I’ll get to it. It is a new, very well maintained property. Front desk and check-in was fine. The room was clean, pleasant smell and very well maintained. It is in a recently developed, upscale area. Lots of new upscale apartments close by with many shopping and dining options within a quick drive. My only complaint was the included breakfast was a single muffin and a cup of coffee. Nothing else, no bagel, toast, cereal, waffle, juice, nothing, not even condiments for the coffee. Great experience tainted by the lack of a basic continental breakfast. If you’re not going to offer it, don’t advertise it."

"The room was cleaned, did not have room cleaned by choice had a hard time getting towels from front desk, Staff workers at desk was not nice to the guests. The guy that does the breakfast is the best food was excellent. Will make this hotel my last choice if I had to visit here again."
