have traveled through many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, but I have rarely encountered a team of staff as warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful as those at Shilla Stay Hotel. From receiving parcels and scanning documents to arranging a room upgrade and even remembering guests’ names among hundreds of visitors, the staff consistently served with sincere smiles and thoughtful actions. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, especially the noodle soup and the excellent fusion of Korean and Western dishes. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the exercise room was immaculate. The hotel’s location is also excellent, just a two-minute walk from Guro Digital Complex Metro Station. Kudos to the afternoon manager and front desk team for making our stay truly memorable and enjoyable.
