"In the picture when booking it showed 1 queen bed and one double bed. We arrived to find 2 very uncomfortable twin beds and 1 extremely uncomfortable futon. As a family who suffers from back and hip issues this was 2 of the worst nights sleep I’ve experienced here thus far."

"The hotel canceled our confirmed booking 15 mins before we arrived to hotel. The person on the phone even said they sold our room to someone with higher price as a reason. All other places were full because of the holiday week. We had such a hard time to find another place to stay."
