"Clean property. It is rural & perfect for fishermen. Good area to park boat that is covered, charge batteries. Very close to Guntersville State Park for boat launch.Not much dining around. Need to go into the town of Guntersville, 20 minutes away. Not a big deal. The host was quite responsive"

"This house is spectacularly modern, clean and well equipped. It has so many extras I would be afraid to start to list them all. Two full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a beautiful sunroom, a huge backyard with playground equipment and a fire pit. The host was wonderful. You can’t go wrong here. The only semi-negative I can even think of is that it is quite a ways to the water, however it’s a very quick drive. But it’s around a 350 feet walk to the water. I only mentioned this because if you have older people with mobility issues, they will not be able to easily walk back-and-forth through the path through the woods to the water. You would have to drive to the water. The private dock however is wonderful and has a swing. The owner even let us use his kayaks. Very pleased. "

"The host's here are very responsive and very nice people! They always answered me immediately if I had a question. The price we paid was fair given a tournament was going on and most was full. We booked this last minute and it worked out. The property itself could definately use some maintenance in my opinion. Paint coming off the walls, the floor in kitchen almost felt like it was swaying in, paint missing off the stove, a very thin blanket to sleep under and paper thin pillows, blinds broken, and zero soap or anything to hand wash dishes if you use them etc. Whoever cleaned did a very quick and not detail oriented job. We found food on the floor and counters, hair in the tub, and few other things. The bigger cabins and cottages might have been much nicer but this could have been better, but also I have seen worse. I am not trying to give this place a hard time at all and completely understand property upkeep is tough with lots of renters in and out, etc. I just feel like a few small improvements could be made. The plus side was this was very close to a great boat ramp, and the carport for our boat while kind of tight, it worked and was great to have a cover for it during our stay. "

"We stayed at Dock To Do Little for my birthday and loved our time there. The house is very well appointed with all the kitchen supplies you could think of. The bathrooms were stocked with quality shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc. Unfortunately, the dock was a little too shallow for our boat, but the community ramp just steps away from the front door was amazing. The driveway is plenty wide and long enough for a sizable trailer with an external plug for charging boat batteries over night. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you’re in the area for fishing."
