We get it—rules aren’t exactly the highlight of vacation! But a few friendly guidelines help keep the good vibes rolling for you, your fellow travelers, and future guests. A booking constitutes complete acceptance of listing description and house rules.

1. Up to 4 Guests total allowed. All overnight guests (including pets) must be registered at time of booking. No third party bookings.
2. Parking is available beside each of the cabins for (1) one car or 2 cars parked back to front by the firepit. Boat parking beside firepit backed in. Extra parking located in front of the RV park by the tree.
3. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, cancellations outside our cancellation policy, inclement weather, utility outages, nature, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
