"Room was disappointing. Old carpet in hallway and inside the room. Toilet stool base was cracked and made for a child. Tub/shower floor needs painting. No bar soap in bathroom. Only 1 Kleenex in the box. TV remote missing battery cover. Only 1 lamp in the room. "

"When I was checking in to the hotel the clerk became argumentative in my request for a room change due to the nonfunctional AC system that the manger had to be aware of beforehand. Secondly, The trash container at the entrance doors was overflowing and smelled."
