Nice clean hotel but noisy due to train lines near

Nice hotel, very clean and excellent service however, it is close to the train lines so quite noisy especially early morning and makes it difficult to sleep

The place was beautiful, but I was bothered that I paid extra for a room credit but because I got to the hotel at 10pm I had no use for the room credit. Room service closes at 9pm which is very inconvenient and doesn’t begin until 10am which again is very inconvenient because I had to leave at 9am. The bed was also very very hard. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

地方から来る方も行きやすい場所で京畿道の都市からアクセスがしやすいです。部屋のコンディションも清潔だし床も綺麗でした。

ソウル市中心部からは遠いものの、駅から近くホテルも清潔で非常に良かった。また周辺に安くて美味しい飲食店が多くあり、食事にも困らなかった。

근처엔 없는 좋은 호텔. :)

- 평일(금) 방문. 디럭스룸 - 금정역에서 도보 약 10분 - 운전해서 오는 것이 용이 -로비는 22층. 뷰 매우 훌륭. 커피머신 있음 - 스탭 매우 친절함 [룸] 매리어트 계열 특징상 별도 물병이 아니라 정수기로 물을 마시게 되어 있습니다. 룸과 샤워룸 사이에 미닫이유리벽으로 차단할 수 있는 점이 좋았고, 엄청 큰 사이즈의 TV와 뷰가 좋았습니다. :) 옆에 철도가 있어서 전철이 마구 지나다니지만 소음으로 느껴지진 않습니다. (다른 리뷰의 분들은... 예민하신 분들이실 수도.) [뷰] 이 호텔은 특히 층이 높을 수록 뷰가 크게 좋아지는 시티뷰이지만... 그래도 철도뷰라고 생각하시면 되고, 가장 높은 층인 라운지, 로비, 조식당(AC 키친)등에서도 결국 철도뷰입니다. 앞으론 공장, 산단지역. 뒤로는 미개발 주택지구 이다보니 저녁에도 조명 등의 야경을 기대하시면 실망이 크실겁니다. (바로 옆엔 오피스텔 건축 중) [식당] 21층의 AC 치킨에서 조식, 석식을 할 수 있습니다. 우선 탁 트인 느낌이 좋고, 다른 리뷰들엔 먹을 거 없다 가짓수 적다 하는데 이정도면 충분합니다. 당연히 모든 영양소와 기호를 맞추기에 층분하고, 심지어 맛도 매우 좋습니다. 테이블은 거의 모든 자리가 4인석으로, 혼자 방문해도 눈치 안 보고 창가의 4인석에 앉아도 됩니다 :) (자율 착석) 참고로 맥주기계는 조식시간엔 운영하지 않습니다. 90%가 아이 동반한 가족들이었는데, 이 호텔 방문자들이 대부분 아이동반 가족들인지, 아이 동반 가족들이 식당을 이용한 건지는 모르겠습니다. 주변을 보면 아이들이 갈만한 곳이 없다보니.... (밤에 체크아웃 하시는 남녀 중년의 분들도 좀 보였는데....) [피트니스센터] 넓은 편은 아닙니다. 제가 매일 헬스를 해야 하는 사람인데 모든 루틴을 다 돌릴만큼 종류가 많진 않습니다. 아쉬운대로 운동을 할 만큼은 충분히(?) 되는 듯 하구요. 전반적으로 스탭분들 매우 친절하시고, 시설 깨끗 청결 신식이예요 푸욱~ 잘 쉬었습니다.

솔직후기

새로 지은 호텔이라 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어있었음. 그러나 단점이 너무 명확했음 첫번째로 엘레베이터에 층별 표시가 없음 지하가는데 엘베만 10분넘게 기다림.. 표시도 없으니 언제 올지도 모르니 너무 답답했음 두번째로 주차문제 주차장이 세상좁음 주차 공간도 매우 부족한데 주차장관리하는 사람도 보이지 않아서 주차장이 매우 혼잡했음 자리가 없어 차들은 후진으로 빠져나가는데 차는 또 계속 들어와서 대혼란 그자체였음 세번째는 기차소음과 공사장 소음.. 그리고 물내려가는 배관소음 기차와 공사장 소음은 그러려니함..근데 물 배관 소음이 역대급이었음 다른데서 물 쓰면 물소리가 남ㅋㅋㅋ 아침점심저녁새벽 할거없이 누군가 물쓰면 물소리가 나는 환경이었음 객실은 건조하고.. 물소리는 계속 나고 잠을 못이룸..^^ 최악은 아니지만 추천은 못하겠음

호텔 경험의 큰 부분을 차지하는 루프탑 부대시설이 전면 이용 불가했던 것과, 뷔페의 메뉴 가짓수가 적었던 점은 고평가 하기 어렵습니다. 피드백이 가능한 부분은 아니겠지만, 고가의 방인데 왜 상대적 저층인 5층에 있는지도 좀 의아합니다. 그럼에도 방의 상태 자체는 훌륭하고, 안양 거주민으로서 접근성이 좋기에 수영장 운영이 정상화된 후에는 재방문하지 않을까 싶습니다.

평범을 줄 수 없는 컨디션이어서 유감이에요.

호텔 오픈 백일째라고 하는데 내부 포름알데히드 냄새로 문을 닫을 수 없었어요. 비누. 칫솔. 어메니티 없었고, 창 밖은 아주 가깝게 아파트가 전체를 막고 있었던 뷰였습니다. 답답하고 침대는 딱딱했어요. 사우나 없고 피트니스는 러닝머신 3대와 자전거 1대. 죽음의 계단? 1대. 그밖에 근육운동기기 몇 개로 몹시 좁았어요. 피트니스에 생수 없고 운동복 없습니다. 주차장은 몹시 답답합니다. ㅡ.,ㅡ 메리어트가 있을 위치가 아닌듯 해요. 유흥가가 많고 주변 음식점 많습니다. 기차소리 시끄러워요. 다만 호텔 직원분들은 친절합니다. 컨디션은 상당히 실망스러웠어요.
