Lagoon Attitude - Adults Only

"Lagoon Attitude was an exceptional stay\. We spent eight days here and couldn’t believe it was a four\-star hotel\. We’ve stayed in five\-star hotels that didn’t match its service, attention to detail or luxury\. Our ground\-floor room was spotless, beautifully designed and had a gorgeous sea view overlooking the boathouse\. The hammock was a lovely touch, and I recommend requesting a ground\-floor room\. Special thanks to Kaveesh, the manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay\. The food was outstanding\. Highlights included the parrotfish at Coral, tempura prawns at Lemongrass and chicken at Kot Nou\. The Taba J food carts were fantastic, while Benitier offered plenty of choice, excellent quality and occasional live music\. The staff were wonderful\. Thank you to Hanna at Seabreeze Bar, Neel at Wave Bar and the entire Taba J team for making us feel so welcome\. We loved the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, including water refill stations, reef\-friendly sunscreen, reduced single\-use plastic and excellent vegetarian and vegan choices\. The boathouse offers snorkelling, glass\-bottom boat trips, kayaks, pedalos, windsurfing and paddleboarding, so book activities early\. The lagoon is beautiful, warm and calm\. The Marine Discovery Centre is well worth visiting, and the three resort areas offer something for everyone\. The Mauritian Gala Night was a highlight\."

"Nous avons grandement apprécié la maison. Nous étions 3 personnes et nous n'avons donc utilisé que 2 des 4 chambres. Les salles de bains sont pratiques. Le séjour est grand, la cuisine également et elle est équipée généreusement. La terrasse est très agréable malgré la présence de quelques moustiques, mais rien d'exceptionnel. Nous avons peu utilisé la piscine car l'eau était fraîche en cette période hivernale.Merci à Shirley, Colette et Jean-Pierre qui ont été présents pour répondre à nos quelques demandes !Nous nous sommes rendus régulièrement à la plage publique de Bain Bœuf, à 15 minutes à pied en marchant tranquillement. En face du Coin de mire, avec de très beaux couchers de soleil.Nous avions une voiture de location (j'ai donc expérimenté la conduite à gauche et le volant à droite) et nous avons visité de nombreux lieux de l'île. Les temps de trajets sont relativement longs car il y a peu de voies rapides...et elles sont parsemées de ronds-points. Pour aller au sud (Bel Ombre), compter 1h45 à 2h00 selon la circulation. Pour tous les sites de la partie Nord de Maurice il faut 20 à 45 minutes de route. Quand cela roule bien il faut moins d'une heure pour rallier l'aéroport.Grand Baie et ses centres commerciaux (et ses plages) sont à 15 minutes en voiture. Et il y a une supérette à 5 minutes à pied de la maison pour du dépannage.Les mauriciens sont très accueillants, nous avons fait de belles rencontres. Et l'île est magnifique !"

"Incredible adult only resort built around the most beautiful lagoon. The calm and relaxing environment sets the scene where quiet becomes the norm. Food is sensational with 30% of all menus being plant based. Food preparation is nothing short of Michelin quality with service to match. Rooms are spacious large bathrooms, comfortable king sized bed and perfect temperature controls."
