"Room smelled like urine. Pets are allowed in all room. No rooms designated for pets only. Tried to switch room but was told all rooms were booked."

"The facility was clean but in need of renovation with updated paint and furniture. The sofa in the room was extremely worn and the mattress on the sofa bed was stained and too thin to sleep on. The breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful. The food was good. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "

"The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online."

The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful, but she struggled with the computer, she said it was her first shift by herself, she tried to call someone on the phone to get help with the check in process several times and no one answered. You need to rethink that part and always have someone on call. "
