Located directly on the beach of the Gulf, just waiting for you to come and enjoy the surf and sand! Perfect home for reunions, large get togethers, or families seeking space in an upscale setting with unparalleled beachfront access. Most rooms have en suite baths. Sleeps 22. Pool. Awesome decks! What more could you ask!?

This immaculate two story home has spacious decks. In fact, each bedroom has a deck. The large great room area is close to 900 square feet with decks facing the gulf. There is a carport underneath the home provides covered parking with a storage unit and an outdoor, enclosed, shower and an open, outdoor shower.The house also features two outdoor picnic tables. Seafoam has a shaded pool underneath, perfect for children or those looking to avoid too much sun.

The large, open kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and TWO refrigerator/freezers, and custom-made cabinets. The home also offers televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, telephone with free domestic long distance, a washer/dryer, and ceramic tiled living and dining rooms and baths. The entire house is beautifully decorated and features a stain glass window in the stairwell.

PARKING
Plenty of off street parking for up to 8 vehicles. Really more than you should be driving to a home that sleeps this many!

POOL?
You bet. Private pool. Sheltered under the home. Great respite from the heat! It is primarily a rectangle with outside dimensions and depth of 22x11x3-5' Rectangle

WIFI/INTERNET
YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 250Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!

SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETC
As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.

PETS
We do consider well-behaved canine furry friends. This requires owner pre-approval, and is subject to a pet fee (currently $250 per pet). Please inquire.

No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! It was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to have needed space. I would recommend this home for any family gathering!

Wonderful home for us

We had an wonderful time at the Seafoam house in Gulf Shores. It fit us well, and the beach was amazing. Great location, and the management company was very fast to help us same day some very minor things. We hope to return in the future.

Another great 'snowbird' stay at Seafoam

We have been coming every year to Seafoam for more than 10 years! We love our long winter getaways. The home is always our 'home' and clean and well kept. The owners and mgt co are the best too. Great time at Seafoam

We had a wonderful time . The house and pool were great but the beach was the best. The only suggestion would be to have a shower outside of the pool area so that sand wouldn't get into the pool.

Perfect location!

Great spot for blended groups. Perfect location. Only thing that would have been nice to have was non breakable dishes. Having younger kiddos with glass items only available with a tile floor was nerve wracking.

Birthday Celebration

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this property. It was everything we could’ve wanted. Steps from the gulf and didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach gear back and forth!! A pool right there was also a major factor for us with some littles in our group it worked out well for them to get a break from the waves and the sun. Our entire group would stay here again no hesitation.

Great place to stay!

We were 4 families and had so much room at the house. The new deck with a roof and ceiling fan provided us with so many seating areas. Pool provided setting for many great family experiences. The house location provided an almost private beach. Owners were so helpful and responsive . The pictures almost don't do this house justice, so nice. We loved it.

We enjoyed ourselves at your Seafoam House…thanks so much for the early check in…some rooms upstairs could have been cleaner , (floors)…also would mention that several bathrooms need attention to plumbing issues, kitchen faucet needs attention. Seafoam vacation

My family and I had the best time staying at the Seafoam! There were 10 of us and it was the perfect amount of space. The living area allowed us to all cookout, enjoy meals, play games, watch tv together, etc. We loved being right on the beach! One of the best parts was the pool being under the house. It was so hot and being able to take a break from the beach and not be directly in the sun was so nice! We definitely recommend staying at the Seafoam and we will be back!

Spectacular Seafoam Beach House

I highly recommend Seafoam beach house! Beautiful beach view, plenty of space and bathrooms!!! Outside area was great for hanging out or the kids playing in sand. Kids & adults enjoyed the pool! Shared volleyball net with neighbor… had some friendly volleyball competition that broke the ice with the neighbors that have now become friends!! 😊 The only negative would be it being right by one of the beach access paths… but really wasn’t much of a problem. The house and location was awesome!!

This is the house, the whole family loved the house, loved everything, it was front of the beach , I totally referrer to anybody that loves to be at the beach … they had ever little thing we needed , we enjoyed the view the house it's beautiful … we are totally coming back to stay for more days , 4 nights was little time for us … we are totally coming back .. to have more fun 🤩…. Amazing New Years

We had an amazing time! The view is absolutely beautiful, everything we could have wanted. Very few recommendations, as the house is decked out really well. The showers need new shower heads, just for more pressure. Possibly a cabinet made specifically for a pantry, just to get groceries off of the counters and fridge tops. We will be back for sure.

Everyone loved Seafoam

It was a great stay. Everyone loved the house, the views were incredible and beach access couldn't have been better. Not sure what we are doing next year but your house is def at the top. FYI - if you are standing at kitchen sink, cabinet to the right has a small leak I believe from the shower upstairs. When you head upstairs and turn right, its the bedroom on the left that we think it is coming from. That is just a guess though. Thanks again for everything!

Seafoam summer vacation 2024

We had a wonderful stay at Seafoam! Richard was a thoughtful and attentive host. The house had plenty of space for our multi family vacation. Location was great. We loved sitting on the many balconies and watching and hearing the waves. The pool was a welcome addition to cool off after a day at the beach.
